Free Returns for all Full Price UK orders

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, if however you wish to return your order for an exchange or refund simply use the free returns label provided with your order and post back to us within 14 days.

Please complete and enclose the Returns Form supplied with your delivery.

The free returns service is only provided on Full Price orders. Any orders placed during the sale period can be returned to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund, however you will need to pay for postage on these returns. Please send Sale returns to the following address: Great Plains, PO Box 148 Swansea SA7 9WT.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

Christmas Returns Information

Full priced items purchased after the 1st of November can be returned up to 14 days after Christmas by 8th January 2012. Sale items are excluded from the extended returns period and must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Collect+ Returns

You can now return your Great Plains order for free using Collect +.

This is a service that uses many of your local corner shops, supermarkets and newsagents. Over 4400 stores nationwide offer this service This is a convenient way to return your order as Collect+ stores are open for over 9 hours a day, Monday to Saturday, with the majority of stores open 7 days a week.

All you need to do is complete the returns form provided with your order and enclose it with your parcel. Peel off the label on your Collect+ insert and stick it onto your parcel. To ensure you are notified by e-mail that we have received your return, can you also stick on your Great Plains returns label, which is located on your delivery note on the parcel

Then take your parcel to one of the business offering Collect+ services. They will supply you with proof of postage and a code to track your return online. You can track the return of your parcel using the code here: www.collectplus.co.uk/greatplains

International Returns

Customers outside the UK will be responsible for shipping costs on international returns. Please complete the return form and include in your return package.

Please note: We can't be held responsible for overseas items that fail to reach their destination, therefore overseas customers may wish to send their parcel via a registered trackable service.
