Specifically, vintage inspired florals. Fill your wardrobe with retro prints for a pretty finish. In the form of a delicate speckled floral or in bigger, eye-catching petals, flower-infused pieces are a firm favourite. We’re seeking influence from classic 1970’s patterns with a ditsy floral print in a pretty lilac pattern. Or, for a bolder approach, our retro Moray Flora print is perfect.
Finish every outfit with flourish thanks to dainty frills. Our detail of choice for every outfit this season is a delicate frill, be it on a cuff, neckline or finishing off versatile tailored trousers. Cosy up on colder days in lightly frilled knitwear, or add a pretty finish to work wear with a frill-trimmed blouse. For evenings, mix polka dots and frills for a match made in heaven.
A timeless texture year-round, corduroy is a firm favourite in our winter wardrobe. This season we’re playing with scale and incorporating both tiny pin needle corduroy and chunky cord for different finishes. Swap denim for a cord mini skirt paired with cosy knitwear for a classic autumnal outfit, or reach for cropped cord trousers for an off-duty alternative to jeans.
Upgrade your silhouette this season with dramatic sweeping shapes. From our working wardrobes to our weekend glam, we’re opting for clean lines in flattering exaggerated silhouettes. For work, our wide leg trousers cut a sleek figure when paired with a crisp shirt or pretty patterned blouse. When a special occasion calls for a statement-making piece, our strapless jumpsuit is the perfect fit, with a large bow serving as understated embellishment.
Spotted almost everywhere this season, animal print is a major trend to know for AW18. We’re making leopard our animal print of choice, with a softer approach to the print created with a dusky pink palette and sketch-like blurred pattern. In a cosy knitted jumper or lightweight shirt, leopard print will be bringing fun to our style all season long.
