Orders made between 27/10/2023 and 16/12/2023 are eligible for extended returns until 14/01/2024, with standard returns within 28 days available for all purchases made after this period.

You can return your online purchase within 28 days of receiving it for a refund.
Returns cost £1.95 which will be deducted from the refund total.
Return exclusions: Earrings, items with a security or hygiene seal or label, if the seal or label is broken, or has been tampered with.
