We offer free delivery when you spend £50 or more on greatplains.co.uk. Free returns is not applicable during sale period.

UK Standard Delivery

Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery, £3.95 per order - no matter how many parcels we send.

PLEASE NOTE: During our sale period please allow 5 - 7 working days.

Deliveries are made from 7am until 7pm using a Royal Mail tracked service (excluding Guernsey and Jersey). Receipt using this delivery method does not require a signature. Deliveries to Guernsey and Jersey are fulfilled using DHL, which may require a signature. For this reason, you may wish to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

PLEASE NOTE: Great Plains does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage neighbour etc) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

We currently offer promotional free delivery when you spend £50 or more. This offer only applies to deliveries made to mainland U.K. and Channel Islands; the order must be placed using GBP.

UK Express Delivery

Order by 12pm for next working day delivery, £7.00 per order - no matter how many parcels we send.

PLEASE NOTE: During our sale period, orders should be placed before midday, Monday to Thursday to qualify for next day delivery, orders placed on Thursday after midday, or Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

All orders need to be placed before midday for next working day delivery. Deliveries are made from 9am until 8pm and may require a signature. For this reason, you may wish to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

PLEASE NOTE: Saturday and Sundays are NOT classed as working days by our delivery carriers, for this reason anything ordered on a Thursday afternoon or Friday morning will be delivered on the following Monday and anything ordered from Friday afternoon up until Monday morning will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Collect + Returns

You can now return your Great Plains order for free using Collect +.

This is a service that uses many of your local corner shops, supermarkets and newsagents. Over 4400 stores nationwide offer this service This is a convenient way to return your order as Collect+ stores are open for over 9 hours a day, Monday to Saturday, with the majority of stores open 7 days a week.

All you need to do is complete the returns form provided with your order and enclose it with your parcel. Peel off the label on your Collect+ insert and stick it onto your parcel. To ensure you are notified by e-mail that we have received your return, can you also stick on your Great Plains returns label, which is located on your delivery note on the parcel.

Then take your parcel to one of the business offering Collect+ services. They will supply you with proof of postage and a code to track your return online. You can track the return of your parcel using the code here: https://www.collectplus.co.uk/cs/great-plains

Unfortunately, the free returns service is only provided on Full Price orders

Sale Returns

When returning an item you should retain proof of posting from your shipper as we will not be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached and, if possible, in the original packaging. French Connection reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. Your statutory rights are not affected in connection with faulty items.

The cost of sending Clothing items for return or exchange from outside the UK, or of sale items, is the responsibility of the customer. For further details and other options, see below.

During our sale period please allow 7 to 10 days for all returns to be processed once received in the warehouse.
